Commercial insurance for management work and property.

We seek insurance for the services you provide, the money you handle, and the property you need to cover. We compare the proposals with your agreements and explain what each policy includes.

Three policies, three different questions

These lines are written to answer separate questions about the same business. A property policy is concerned with insured damage to the building and, where the terms provide it, the income that damage interrupts. A crime policy is concerned with money and property taken, which can include funds you hold for an owner if the wording extends that far. A professional liability policy is concerned with the management service itself, where a decision or an omission is alleged to have caused somebody a loss.

Rent collected into an operating account, a contractor paid on a fraudulent instruction, or a repair decision disputed afterwards may each fall to a different section, and each is subject to that section’s definitions, conditions and exclusions. Whether any of them responds depends on the facts and the wording actually issued, which is why we compare the three together against your agreements rather than pricing them separately.
